Days like this in repitiion are what caused me to gain those five pouds:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Banana&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Breakfast&lt;/strong&gt;: greek yogurt and go lean cereal&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lunch&lt;/strong&gt;: Turkey sandwhich with slice of cheese, lettuce and mustard&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;pack of peanut butter crackers&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Snack&lt;/strong&gt;: 1/2 banana and pretzels&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Everything was going well up to this point&amp;#8230;then I decided to go to the lake instead of working out -_-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Snack&lt;/strong&gt;:Few bites of chicken and 1 greek yogurt&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;few prezels&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;one hersheys&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;At the lake:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Three sugar cookies&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;a few lays crackers&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dinner:&lt;/strong&gt; 1 slice of Turkey breast&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Stuffing&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;collard greens&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;two chocolate chip cookies&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;one cupcake&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;After dinner snack:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Few pretzels and reeces pieces&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Wow. That&amp;#8217;s a lot. The sugar was the only bad thing. If i hadn&amp;#8217;t had any of the seets my meals actualyl would have been good. I understand this:sweets are my weakness. It wuld have been better if I&amp;#8217;d taken some pretzels and reesces pieces with me to the lake even if I had more chocolate chips in there than usual-it would have helped me avoid those sugar cookies which was the start of it. Although i kind of did the whole-oh, I had one cookie so now I should keep going thing&amp;#8230;it wasn&amp;#8217;t as bad as it has been in past times and a few minutes ago I stopped myself from over indulging in those reeces pieces. No more.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#8217;s all good though. I&amp;#8217;ll d o better tomorrow :-) One day doesn&amp;#8217;t kill me and I&amp;#8217;m glad I&amp;#8217;ve take the oppurtunity to pinpoint what went wrong and what I can do better next time.&lt;/p&gt;

Remembering that this is about a way of life change, not a quick fix, also helps because even when you hit plateau’s you still know you’re living a healthier, more balanced lifestyle- do what you know is good for you and given time your body will respond! :)&lt;/p&gt;
