Absolutely perfect for me to lose those

 fifteen lbs by the end of the summer.

oh…(getting over healthy eating hurdles and “bad” days)

these are the days I have to be careful not to make a habit of. Days like this in repitiion are what caused me to gain those five pouds:

Banana

Breakfast: greek yogurt and go lean cereal

Lunch: Turkey sandwhich with slice of cheese, lettuce and mustard

pack of peanut butter crackers

Snack: 1/2 banana and pretzels

Everything was going well up to this point…then I decided to go to the lake instead of working out -_-

Snack:Few bites of chicken and 1 greek yogurt

few prezels

one hersheys

At the lake:

Three sugar cookies

a few lays crackers

Dinner: 1 slice of Turkey breast

Stuffing

collard greens

two chocolate chip cookies

one cupcake

After dinner snack:

Few pretzels and reeces pieces

Wow. That’s a lot. The sugar was the only bad thing. If i hadn’t had any of the seets my meals actualyl would have been good. I understand this:sweets are my weakness. It wuld have been better if I’d taken some pretzels and reesces pieces with me to the lake even if I had more chocolate chips in there than usual-it would have helped me avoid those sugar cookies which was the start of it. Although i kind of did the whole-oh, I had one cookie so now I should keep going thing…it wasn’t as bad as it has been in past times and a few minutes ago I stopped myself from over indulging in those reeces pieces. No more.

It’s all good though. I’ll d o better tomorrow :-) One day doesn’t kill me and I’m glad I’ve take the oppurtunity to pinpoint what went wrong and what I can do better next time.

Food for thursday

Breakfast: Banana

Whole wheat bagel and low fat honey almond creeme cheese

Lunch: Sandwhich: Turkey (2 slices) once slice of cheese and lettuce on wheat buns

Snack: Penaut butter crackers

Banana

Pretzels with few choco chips

Dinner: Salad: chopped chicken, beans, littel cheese, italian dressing

Snack: pretzels with choco chips

80 calorie yogurt
